How do I get started?

This is simple. All you need to do is start adding the items you want into your cart! No need to register for an account with us! (But trust us, there are many perks if you do!)

What type of products do you offer?

Our wide range of products includes basic grocery items such as rice, pasta, condiments, canned food, and dried food. We also carry a variety of beverages, dairy and frozen items.

Do you carry fresh produce and toiletry items?

At the moment, we do not offer fresh produce and toiletry items but we are working hard to feature more items in the coming year.

Which areas in Singapore do you deliver to?

We deliver to almost all of Singapore, including Sentosa. However, we do not deliver to Jurong Island or Pulau Ubin.

What is the minimum order value?

There is no minimum order value. However, we do charge a small delivery fee of $10 if your order falls below $60.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments can be made via:

1) Cash on delivery

2) Credit Card – we accept Visa and MasterCard

Please note that the charge on your statement will be from "GroXers Inc Pte Ltd".

I have a voucher/coupon code. Where do I apply it?

If you have a voucher/coupon code which you would like to use, please key it in during the check-out process before hitting the payment button.

My payment is not successful. What should I do?

Firstly, please check that you have entered all your card information correctly and that the credit card has not expired. Please also make sure that the expiry date is entered in the format [mm/yy] as shown on the card.

 

If all the information is correct and the transaction is still not successful, please contact your bank to ensure that there are no problems with your credit card. They will undertake the verification process on our behalf.

How do I place orders?

Orders can only be placed through our website. We do not accept orders over the phone.

How do I know if I have placed my order correctly?

When you have successfully completed an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details.

If you did not receive the confirmation email, please check your junk mail as your spam filter may detect it as spam.

How do I make changes  to/cancel my order?

Once you have confirmed your order, it cannot be changed. But you may still cancel your order before the processing cut-off time. Simply drop us an email at orders@groxers.com or call 9385 1885 and we will try our best to assist you.

What happens if I miss a delivery?

 

If you are not at home when your delivery arrives, our driver will try to reach you by phone. If they are unable to reach you, they will leave a slip letting you know what time they arrived, and asking you to contact the number provided on the slip. Please contact us straight away when you receive the slip.

 

Please note that there will be a delivery charge of $10 should you miss your delivery.

 

NOTE: If you do miss a delivery, we cannot guarantee that the driver will be able to return with your order on the same day.
